张敏\u003c/strong\u003e\u003c/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e\u003c!--AIPOS_0--\u003e矿业央企五矿集团旗下的上市房地产公司五矿地产，将于今日下午正式从港交所摘牌，从而终止34年的上市历史。\u003c/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e\u003c!--AIPOS_1--\u003e五矿地产是在去年10月宣布启动\u003c!--VERTICAL_CARD_BEGIN_0--\u003e私有化进程\u003c!--VERTICAL_CARD_END_0--\u003e的，随后进展顺利。根据公告，其私有化计划已于今年2月25日获法院批准，2月27日正式生效。按照计划，五矿地产将于3月3日下午4时起从港交所退市。\u003c/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e\u003c!--AIPOS_2--\u003e对于退市原因，五矿地产曾表示，由于股票流动性不足，融资能力有限，公司已经失去上市平台优势。但另一个事实是，受房地产市场深度调整的影响，五矿地产近年来的经营业绩不佳。\u003c/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e作为国资委最早批复的以16家以房地产开发为主业的央企之一，五矿地产的销售规模曾一度达到260亿元。但自2022年以来，公司的归母净利润连续三年亏损。\u003c/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e去年12月，中国中冶和中国五矿宣布启动一笔607亿的资产交易，其中包括地产业务的整合。退市后的五矿地产，将在央企整合的变局中谋求新的定位与发展。\u003c/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e\u003c!--IMG_0--\u003e\u003cbr
